The store manager Dan Fillmore made our shopping experience delightful. He was there when we needed him for a question or information, but let my husband and I look around with no pressure or "hovering". He was very knowledgeable about the items we were looking at, and had the answer immediately. After we left the store I had a few followup questions and Dan got back to me right away with the answers. The Delivery was on time and smooth. The delivery men were in and out quickly leaving no mess behind. On top of all of that, the furniture is great quality and I know I will have it for a very long time. Thank you.

Went there with a friend to buy patio furniture. Horrible staff. Couldn't bother to get up to wait on us. Very expensive. My friend, against my advice, purchased $1500 worth of furniture. He ask to have it delivered and the charge was $130 to deliver it about 4 miles. My wife was interested in some glasses they had and I stood beside a sales lady for at least 4 mins. before she would even acknowledge me and then started to walk away. I ask her a question and she just mumbled something and walked away. We were the only ones in the store! As I walked away I said something to someone that looked like a manager and he just said "There might be some over there". Real helpful. I have been in retail for 40 years. If I had staff like that they would have been fired long ago. Stay away from this place, there are plenty of nice stores that want your business.
